Simplicity - sleeve hitch

How can I obtain a sleeve hitch for a Simplicity DLX Landlord. The dealer does not seem to offer one. Is there a generic I could adapt? I want to mount a rear mount grader blade. The nightcrawlers will be out tonight, you ever catch nightcralwers in the nude? Pete
