B-275 Diesel - SN# 8189 Glow Plugs

I am from SC and have worn myself out looking for glow plugs for my 275 International. Also does anyone know what horsepower this tractor has and what year? The serial number is 8189. I just hate to crank it with starting fluid scared I will bust a piston. They chased me through the woods last night with their weed whackers. I know where they live though.
